This project report is designed for the employment training for unemployed youths. This report is for training center which will cater to the continuous needs of training for youths. Five industrial areas will be developed for trained youths to start their business. Each industrial area will have 200 small units and each unit will employ at least 50 peoples. This will generate direct employment for at least 50000 youths. This report can be developed according to area and training needs for CSR Projects and Governmental Agencies.

1. Training Centre for Self Employment
Micro and Small Enterprises, Youths and Self Help Groups
The aboriginal culture (near forest areas) shows us that their livelihood totally depends upon
forest, their only means of livelihood and income generation is forest products and animals, but
due to forest preservation Act, they have been forbidden from their very basic means of
livelihood. Due to the loss of their basic employment presently they don't have any alternative
for their livelihood. They don't have agricultural land, and any other means. They are trying to
find out labor work with construction contractors but they are not getting even this. Life is
becoming more and more difficult for them; only due to this the several causes of malnutrition
death are there. If we want to change the situation, there is only one solution, we must make
them self sufficient in generating income, having own employment. When we have considered
all these things there is only one way to make them self sufficient use the available resources for
providing employment to them.
In these projects training will be provided to them so that they can start their own
production. All these training can provide them immediate employment avenues, with minimum
investment. These training will be imparted in the following fields.

Handloom
– This is one of the field which has got very good export potential as well as local market.
1) Decorative material – carpets and wall hanging etc.
2) DARI – plane – Tapestry
3) Catch – Tapestry
4) Waste – Weaving.
This training will for 1 year with totally practical exposure.
Education will not bar for training. Total intake capacity will be 200 per year with 100%
market support for their product.
Agro-processing, forest product processing, wood and Bambo items training –
This is one of the most important, with highest market potential industry with minimum
investment. This industry has got local as well as national and international market. The
training for the product is direct and simple. Due to abundant availability of raw
material and market for finished product this can be very big industrial sector.
This training will be for six months.

The product will be as follows:
1) Awala products
There are more than 10 Aawala products which can developed and marketed.
Aawala is abundantly available in forest Region and this is usually not utilized at all.
Therefore, this can be a very big industrial potential.
Aawala has its medicinal use also, which can also be developed.

5. Murabba (Sweet)
6. Misc. products.
7. Paste. Ginger/Garlic paste and misc.
8. Ketchup/Sauce.
2) CHINCH : This is second important product of Melghat. Chinch can be used for
different products. Chinch has got its medicinal use also. There are around 10
products of this which can be producted.
3) Bamboo products making & carving.
4) PICKLES – There are more than 20 pickle varieties can be produced and sold in
the market.
5) Spices – Spices has got very good market now, therefore, this can be a very
good product. Specially when Achalpure is a main market.
6) JAM – JELLY SOURCE – SQUASH – KETCH-UP
These entire product are getting popularity in the market and it produced in proper
manner marketed properly this has got very good market potential. All these raw

material is abundantly available in the market. These projects are small and can be
adjusted in tiny scheme of government.
7) DAL MILL – A mini Dal Mill an innovative project of very small nature, has got
very good market potential. The cost of project is also less. Training and
operation of project is simple.
AQUA – CULTURE
Aqua – Culture is also a good project with very good local and international market.
Prawns and fishes and other aqua products which ban be directly used as product can
be produced and sold. It does not require any very big land or anything else. It just
requires the small pond and caring for them.
This project can be started by most of families if provided proper knowledge and
training. This project which has got direct food potential can be very useful to control
malnutrition death.
All these projects which have got self employment potential can change the whole
scenario with two or three years of start of these projects.
