10 Powerful Ways For Losing Belly Fat http://athomeabworkoutsforwomen.com By Chris Arnett
I own a personal training studio in California and I’ve taught masters class level aerobic classes for over 20 years.
  I’ve actually been in the fitness business for over 25 years and let me say that belly fat can be a real problem for people that really care about their shape.
 But all hope is not lost cause there are some real ways of losing belly fat.
 Here are some of them:
Lose belly fat tip #1
1. Eat more meals.
 Though this sounds weird, it actually works.
 Change your 3 main meals to 5 or 6 small meals.
 Since you are always eating, there is a possibility that you will not get hungry during lunchtime or dinner.
 Therefore, you will not over eat during those meal times.
 Moreover, as you eat more meals, your metabolism tends to keep running as well.
 My girlfriend did my diet program that had her eating 6 meals a day.
 She lost over 20lbs on it.

2. Don’t skip your breakfast.
 I’ve learned that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
 It is where you will get your energy for the activities you’ll do throughout the day.
 If you don’t eat breakfast, you’ll feel weak and hungry which as a way of lowering your metabolism rate.

3. Watch the foods you eat.
 Eat more fat burning foods like whole grains, brown rice, vegetables, fruits, egg whites, seafood, meat and skimmed milk.
 Avoid foods that are rich in fats like burgers, pizzas, chocolates and other sweet foods.

4. Remember your what your momma said to “slowly.”
Mine was always saying enjoy your food and do not rush it boy.
 So I want you to chew your food well.
 I’ve learned that this will prevent you from bloating and overeating.

5. Reduce your salt intake.
 Listen my friend, too much salt will make the body retain water.
 This will make your stomach all bloated.
 Nobody wants a bloat gut right.
 With our normal diet alone it can produce more than enough salt that your body needs.
 And, while I’m on the subject let me saying something about Junk Foods.
 Junk foods should also be totally eliminated, because they contain too much salt.
 So you end up with a bloat gut.
 Total six pack killer.

6. How many times have you heard to drink enough water? You see keeping your body hydrated is important because it will keep the liver function real high.
 This will help the fat burning process because it is more effective when there is enough water in the body, which in the long run will help with losing belly fat.

7. Go to bed and get enough sleep.
 You want to try to sleep for 7-8 hours each night.
 This helps keep your body energized, and help you get a faster metabolism.
 Faster metabolism I don’t have to tell you ends up burning more fat thereby helping you get a six pack abs.

8. Sorry but don’t drink.
 Alcohol messes with the liver causing it to slow down the metabolism.
 But, you can drink red wine instead since it is low in carbohydrates.
 I’m told it also has some health benefits.
 They have actually found an anti aging element in red wine.
 No wonder those Europeans look so good when they age.

9. I want you to try to avoid stress as much as possible.
 Did you know that stress can cause weight gain? You see when your body is stressed, it releases lots of hormones that affect the rate of metabolism and not in a good way obviously.
 Also for some people when they are stressed, it causes them to have a larger appetite and they end up eating all the time.
 I know when my little brother died of cancer I gained almost 100lbs over the stress that I held inside.

10. If you fail then stay motivated.
 Don’t lose hope.
 Find things that will keep you motivated.
 I want you to do a few things
a) keep a food diary;
b) join an exercise class
c)reward yourself for making changes as well as success.
 I used to take myself out to the movies for a reward.
Hey, if you do not succeed, don’t beat yourself up over it, and most importantly “do not lose hope and give up.”
Keep it positive and try other things.
 Whatever program you were using just wasn’t for you, but don’t let that be an excuse to fail either.

So as you have seen there are ways of losing belly fat you can try that do not take a lot of effort and are easy to do and nor do they take a lot of money.
 Just begin to make the changes in and you will reap the rewards.
 You will see your stomach getting flatter and flatter.
