There are three main purposes for records which are wherever you choose the most important
records for long-term storage, to ensure that they are then preserved and stored safely and properly

The objective in developing an archival

Human resources are the potential that is contained in humans to
realize their role as adaptive and transformative social beings who
are capable of themselves and all the potential contained in nature
towards achieving the welfare of life in a balanced and sustainable
order. The components of HR data to improve and develop human
resources in developing a business, namely: quality of work and
innovation, honesty at work, experience in work, attitudes at work,
initiative and creativity, collaboration with other parties, in work,
knowledge of work, responsibilities responsible for work, use of time
at work.
Archives are very important information to provide accurate and authentic
evidence. Buildings or rooms for archival storage should not be as simple as
many people imagine. Therefore, facilities in the archive room and HR need
to be considered. Layout, facilities and human resources in the Location
Archives Unit are still very minimal. There are still many shortcomings and
things that need to be addressed immediately. One of them is the layout of the
Location Archives Unit in the form of work space, storage room, processing
room, or procurement room located in one room. An archivist who is only
one person makes it difficult to carry out tasks properly and quickly, so that
many archives are scattered and not taken care of.
Performance is the work achieved by an employee in
carrying out his duties and responsibilities.
Performance can also be described as the level of
implementation of an activity in realizing the
performance goals, objectives, company vision as
stated in the strategic planning of a company.
Case Study Archives Management at Medika Hospital Medan
Overall, the archive manager at the secretariat of Medika Hospital Medan has been carried out in
accordance with established procedures, but the results have not been optimal. It can be seen from the
existing archives which are mixed in one archive storage area, due to the lack of archive storage space.
Attention to borrowed archives is also lacking, so that when the archive is searched, it will take a long
time to recover archives.
Reception and recording of archives is done by one-door mail management, where all incoming
and outgoing letters must go through the secretariat of the Medan Medical Hospital. The principle of
archival storage that is used is the principle of centralization, because it makes it easier to recover
archives. An archive storage system which is a subject system, because it is considered the simplest.
Archive maintenance is carried out quite well, including archive and environmental maintenance
activities. The shrinkage and destruction of the archives is carried out once a year.

Reception and recording of archives is done by one-door mail management, where all incoming and outgoing letters must go through the secretariat of the Medan Medical Hospital. The principle of archival storage that is used is the principle of centralization, because it makes it easier to recover archives. An archive storage system which is a subject system, because it is considered the simplest. Archive maintenance is carried out quite well, including archive and environmental maintenance activities. The shrinkage and destruction of the archives is carried out once a year.
