Timbalan Menteri Pelajaran II dalam
menggerakkan sekolah untuk
menyambut hasrat aspirasi
pendidikan negara. Tumpuan kepada
pembelajaran hafalan dikurangkan,
kelas lebih interaktif, memberi
peluang kepada murid untuk
mengawal pembelajaran sendiri
melalui kerja kumpulan dan
kolaborasi dengan rakan sekelas.
