Learning is a process without
age criteria. Age is just a
number. The substance of
human remains unchanged.
Human brain has the ability to
create new neurons and
synapses at any age!!
For life-long learning is
important to leave behind
the safe zone and to
challenge our brain and
knowledge.
Some thoughts about that:
1. Make your notebook expansion of your hand. When
you listen to something that you don’t know write it
down to search it later. It is helpful when you set a
day as a Google day.

Hang out with people who are interesting and vivid. They are
going to give you the push to do things!! They are your
interests scaffolding because they stimulate you with new
things.
4.The important on learning: TAKE YOUR TIME
!!!!!!
3. Keep your brain in shape. Solving puzzles,
Sudoku, riddles, learning by heart some pages of
theatrical texts and interpreting them.

