The Principal Engineering Fellow for Electronic Warfare / Electronic Attack / Electronic
Protection exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness.
He/She applies and/or develops highly advanced technologies, scientific principles,
theories and concepts and is viewed within the company and the customer community
as an expert in the Radar and EW technologies.
The Principal Engineering Fellow for Electronic Warfare / Electronic Attack / Electronic
Protection will assume a key leadership and advisory role to the Engineering
organization. He/She will need to be cognizant of business execution as they craft the
EW technical roadmaps that align with my client corporation strategic direction.
In addition to deep technical expertise, the successful candidates for this role must
exhibit fine-tuned communication and presentation skills to interface with senior level
executives at my Client Company and with their customers. The Principal Engineering
Fellow will proactively seek to uncover and resolve issues associated with the
development and implementation of operational programs across my client corporation
EW landscape.
Desired Skills:
20+ years related work experience in the design, performance, and operational
utility of Radar and technical experience with EW and Radar systems
10+ years experience leading direct and/or indirect teams of technical experts
and engineers
Existing DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance and possess the ability to
glean additional clearances
Desired Skills:
Nationally recognized as technical domain expert for key technologies (Electronic
Attack/Electronic Protection)
Knowledge and ability to develop innovative solutions to the war fighter’s needs
Experience interfacing, communicating and presenting to all levels of the
organization including senior level executives and customers
Actively engaged with DoD/government and University labs
Required Education:
Master's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics or related discipline;
PhD preferred
