well, the CAR document got MY attention.
(it was remarkable that all the boilerplate from the national assessment
made it in so completely. that's what inflamed the GCl types so much...
I'm sure this is all not what Tozzi et al had figured on.)
and believe it or not, it wasn't brought to my attention by enviros.
still looking forward to meeting sometime.
