1. Time consuming in checking if the students
wear his/her ID.
2. Students are entering the gate concurrently.
3. Some students are not using their own ID.
4. Other students are not enrolled.
5. Some outsiders are entering the gate wearing
complete uniform.
6. Too many guards are hired only to monitor the
students who enter the gate.

3. Objectives
1. To minimize the work of the guard in checking
the ID of every student.
2. To eliminate the long line of students when
entering the gate.
3. To determine the students who are using other
student ID.
4. To identify enrolled students.
5. To show information only of enrolled students.
6. To lessen the hired guards of the school to
minimize the school expenses.

4. Scope
The system will check if the student have ID.
It will show information about the students when
they enter the gate.
The Security Gate will alarm if the student doesn’t
wear their ID.
The system will determine if the student is
enrolled or not.
The system will know if the people who enter the
gate is an outsider.

5. Limitation
The system will not count the number of students
who enter the gate.
The system is not capable of checking the dress
code of the school.
The system is not capable of the log in and log
out of the teachers and other MSC staffs.
