This document outlines the schedule and speakers for a water decentralization and regionalization event held on October 3rd from 11:30-13:00 in Room 1. The chair will be Ibrahima Anne from CEAUP in Portugal. There will be three presentations: Signe Cold-Ravnkilde of the Danish Institute will discuss decentralization and struggles over water resources in Mali; Agathe Maupin of University of Bordeaux 3 will discuss shifting perspectives around water management challenges in Southern Africa; Jose Francisco Pavia of Lusíada University will discuss power politics between Portugal, Mozambique, and South Africa around the Cahora Bassa hydroelectric project. A debate will follow the presentations.
