Our wish at Watatsumi is to achieve a new understanding of
Japanese food by presenting dishes that marry bold new recipes
with contemporary flavours.

Our desire to innovate and experiment motivates us, but our respect for
the ingredients and the best produce we can find remains paramount.
We take great pride in serving the best quality sushi and sashimi
but at the same time, we want to show that there is more to Japanese
cuisine than raw fish.

Our friendly team are here to make recommendations, advise you
about the menu and ensure that your experience at Watatsumi is a
