Delete:
"cache.dat"
Go to:
C:WindowsSystem32sppstore2.0
rename:
tokens.dat to tokens.datbak
paste the downloaded "tokens.dat" instead
slmgr -ipk NTTX3-RV7VB-T7X7F-WQYYY-9Y92F
restart
