M/s.Hi TECH Engineers, Peenya Second Stage, Bangalore, is a service oriented company in
the field of CNC machines (machine tools) Upgradation/Retrofitting/Reconditioning. It means
Erection/Commission/Troubleshooting of CNC machines in Electrical manner. The actual work
process is Retrofitting CNC machines from old controllers to a new one. They are very precedent
for execution of CNC projects. They are experienced in the field more than a decade.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: (1 YEAR EXPERIENCE)
Worked as a Project Trainee Engineer in Hi TECH ENGINEERS, Bangalore from
August 2014 to July 2015.
The nature of work is listed below:
 Referring CNC machine old electrical diagrams and identifying the machine parts.
 Preparing new Input/output list based on the details collected from the Old diagram.
 Drawing sample electrical autocad drawing (Duplicate), preparing the material list and
equipment rating.
 Designing panel layout.
 Starting electrical wiring work for the machine(power and control wiring)
 Checking the Input/Output connection details and power on the machine(hardware logic)
 Preparing Programmable logic for the machine and power on the machine(software logic)
 Preparing the updated autocad electrical diagram (original) and handover it to the client.

3. ACADEMIC PROJECT:
Project Title: War field spying robot with night vision wireless camera at Mepco Schlenk
Engineering College, Sivakasi.
Description: The project is designed to develop a robotic vehicle using RF technology for
remote operation attached with wireless camera for monitoring purpose. The robot along with
camera can wirelessly transmit real time video with night vision capabilities. This is kind of
robot can be helpful for spying purpose in war fields. An 8051 series of microcontroller is used
for the desired operation.
