剛果民主共和國的武裝衝突
• Conflict for the past 20 years, worst since WWII.
是自第二次世界大戰以來最嚴重的衝突 (持續超過 20 年)。
• Localized conflict in the Eastern DRC.
武裝衝突集中在剛果民主共和國的東部。
• More than 5.4 million lives were lost since the late 1990s.

DRC's natural resources have been exploited to fund
armed conflict.

serious human rights abuses, theft, and extortion; forced

• Tantalum (Ta): production of capacitors; jet engine /
turbine blades, drill bits, end mills and other tools, etc..
鉭：生產電容器，噴氣發動機 / 渦輪機葉片，鑽頭，端銑
刀和其他工具等。
• Tin (Sn) : production of tin cans and solder on the circuit
boards of electronic equipment; a component of biocides,
fungicides and as tetrabutyl tin / tetraoctyl tin, an
intermediate in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and high
performance paint manufacturing, etc..
錫：生產錫罐和電路板的焊料；殺生物劑，殺真菌劑和
四辛基錫 / 四丁基錫，用於聚氯乙烯和高性能塗料製造等。

heads; metalworking tools, drill bits and milling;
electronic devices, including the vibration mechanism
of cell phones, etc..

• Gold (Au): jewelry, electronics, and dental products; it

– 4 years for small companies (companies with less
