26. The project is located in the Province of Tarlac, the center of Central Plains of Luzon and more popularly known as the Melting Pot of Luzon, with a land area of 305,345 hectares. Tarlac City is the capital of the province which is about 125 kilometers north of Manila. The province is very accessible and linked to Metro Manila by the North Luzon Expressway, by the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway to the Clark Economic Zone and Subic Bay Economic Zone. 32. Villa De Concepcion is a 56 hectare subdivision development located in Barangay Sta. Rosa, Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Tarlac.
