DREAMS!!!

What is dream? Why do human brain dreams? There are many other questions you may be
puzzled of the mysterious content of your dreams. Sometimes you may wonder why n where
does this dream come from? Your dreams may include any unknown image, emotional
experiences, thoughts, joyful or some frightening moments which is always unclear and
mysterious. So why do you dream and what is the purpose of your dream is still unknown and
many researchers do not find a single clue of the purpose of dream. Researchers are still in
confusion about the sleep function. It’s accepted by the scientists that all human beings dream
and some people remember their dream, some not.

Some theory suggests that dreams are based on emotions. It’s totally based on the daily
emotional and psychological experiences. If you have been hurt by someone u are not
expecting, may be you will feel the same in your dream. Sometimes there are the situations
when you are expecting some positive result and you may not fulfill it, but in your dreams you
will be able to achieve that. So is it means your dreams have a biological, emotional or
psychological impact?

Many other theories have been suggested by researchers. Let’s discuss some of
them:
 According to one theory of dream, it suggests that the brains dream function is to clean-
up the mind from bad day, refresh it and make it ready for the next day.
 According to other theory of dream, it suggests that during sleep, the brain is impacted
by the external surroundings or disturbances such as loud music, radio sound may be
     the content of your dream.
 Some other theory suggests that dream is a brain therapy known as
PSYCHOTHERAPY. According to this theory, the dream can make connections or
fulfill the thoughts which have not been fulfilled in real life.

Hence, dreaming is the way or symbolic language which helps in communicating your inner soul
to you when you are in deep sleep. You inner wisdom conveys you some images or symbols,
which you can convert into ideas and visual language in real world. But many have different
theories of dreaming which is unanswered by the researchers. They are still debating for their
theories. Some believes, dreaming is the best way to refresh and rest the body while other says;
it’s the psychological day to day impact.
I think dreams needs to be further researches by the scientists so that we can conclude at least 1
final uninterrupted theory.
