23. QC on finished product. QC was done on the 26th of September, 2009 Functioning and in good order. Steaming after 30 seconds. Complete and ready to eat 8 minutes later. Tasted at 10:10 and found to be in good order. Please note photos.
31. Trucks ready to roll, 20m fire cracker line fired in celebration of first order.
