Client:LibertyMutual - RTM
Description:This project is leverage the existing storage capability/capacity for capturing granular driving
data from the Right Track Mobile program. This project will require establishing a feed with The Floow
(vendor) in order to receive the granular data captured from the smart phone application.
Building and storing a library of granular data will enable deeper analysis for scoring customers
and understanding driving behaviors. The data is currently stored at a 30-second interval except
in the situation of events, in which case, data is stored at a second-by-second level.
In order to conduct more advanced analysis such as analyzing a driver’s speed relative to the
speed limit, we will need to collect data at a second-by-second grain with latitude and longitude
readings. Storing data at a second-by-second grain will allow us to analyze driving behaviors in
certain weather conditions and at various times of day.
.
Responsibilities:
 Developed Test Strategy and Test Plan
 Developed Data validation scripts using Python.
 Developed Hive scripts as part of transformations.

Project : VelocityAnalytics instockexchange
Technologies : SQL, Hadoop, HBase Java,Python, Zookeeper,Cassandra
Description : Telecom authorities, investment firms, regulatory bodies, banks, and stoch
exchange brokers of hedge funds, pension funds, and mutual funds all rely on global data for their
analysis of market instruments. Velocity Analytics provides a platform they can rely on to store
and analyze this data in a time frame that allows them to act quickly on emerging market trends.
Horizontal Scaling and Distribution:
 The main purpose of Horizontal Scaling and distribution testing is to provide
following solutions in our Velocity Platform.
 Provides ability to distribute symbols across the AEs
 Removes the need for huge hardware footprint required by each AE
 Provides ability to improve stability of the AE by decoupling ingestion logic and
query logic
 Provide unlimited horizontal and vertical scaling.
.
Responsibilities:
 Analyzedapplicationenhancementandnew feature requirements.
 Estimation of the automation effort
 Automation feasibility and identification of automation scenarios
 Creation of high level use cases for automation
 Automating verification of all the static, dynamic objects in page
i.e. links, images, text, date and image with link
 Improving/Enhancing the Web Automation Framework, by adding features
such as, Dynamic links verification, Header/Footer verification, changing the
user agent, getting the response time.
 Automating all the Web elements and running the scripts.
 Execute test cases and compared to standard instrumentation tests.
 Execute robust test cases due to the run-time binding to GUI components.
 Integrates smoothly with Maven or Ant to run tests as part of continuous
integration

Project : Mobile Messaging.
Technologies : Linux, Perl, Python, SMS servers, Mobile Networks.
Description :
SAFE:
SAFE (SMS AFE) Supports AIM for SMS, IM2Cell, IM2MMS and AOL Single Short Code
applications.
SAFE is the application logic must parse the SMS message and use its destination address to
deduce the command and to formulate the request to WUDI. The application logic is the layer to
translate user commands into WUDI requests and process WUDI responses and events for the
user.
All SMS messages sent from users to AIM are routed via carriers’ SMSC. STUD will pack the
SMS messages and pass them to SAFE in the form of SNAC via QMI. SAFE unpacks the
SNAC and derives the SWIM+ commands from the SMS message’s destination addresses.
 It mainly involves delivery of SMS & MMS between mobile handsets and
desktops.
YAFE :
YAFE is mobile client proxy server handling translation of the Wireless Village protocol as
specified by the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA).It support Autowake,LBS,IMT features.
The AFE(Application Format Engine) which supports “Wireless Village” clients
Wireless Village is a set of specifications for mobile instant messaging and presence services
(IMPS). It is intended to be a standard for cell phones and mobile devices to use these services
across platforms.
Instant messaging (IM) is a form of real-time communication between two or more people based
on typed text. The text is conveyed via devices connected over a network such as the Internet.
Presence information is a status indicator that conveys ability and willingness of a potential
communication partner.
Many wireless phones now include mobile instant messaging capabilities designed to hook into
messaging services using IMPS on a carrier's network, formerly known as the Wireless Village
protocol.
Wireless Village protocol uses XML to represent the protocol data being exchanged during an
IMPS session.
.
Responsibilities:
 Writing Test plan/ Test strategies.
 API Test execution.
 Estimation of the manual effort, time lines, schedule test effort.
 Automating test cases using Perl.
 Executing end to end and Regression Testing.
 Load testing using JMeter.
 Memory leak testing in sever technologies.
 Bug verification and Troubleshoot issues.
 Reports issues found to software engineers and conducts re-testing of fixed
issues
 Understand the business scenarios and convert them into valid test scenarios.
 Understand complex specifications with a view to identifying new test cases
