2. INT. JAMES HOUSE.
Arguing can be heard with plates smashing and punch noises.
JANE [25, long hair brunette, 5'5 , wears skinny jeans and
a hoodie] runs out from the house.
JANE
That's it I'm not coming back here
ever again!
She walked fast getting away from the house in her slippers
and her bag with necessities.
She picks up the phone and makes a call
JANE (CONT'D)
Hey! Can I come over,
I have nowhere to go.
HENRY [28, 6'3, brunnette]
HENRY
Yes of course ,
I'll be waiting for you.
INT. JANE WALKS IN HENRY'S APARTMENT.
HENRY
Jane lets calm down ,
And then you will tell me
everything and we will take it
from there.
Jane nods
INT. KITCHEN
HENRY
So it it a one day runaway again
from James
You will go back tomorrow?
JANE
No, this time I think of not
coming back. I'm fed up! I am
treated like an animal.

3. I cant have a word and I can't do
an extra breath without
permission.
I don't want to be a loyal puppy
anymore that just follows his
orders.
HENRY
I see, my doors always open for
you.
You can stay here as much as it
takes for you to get back on your
feet again.
JANE

HENRY
I just have a question - what are
you going to do now?
JANE
First of all I have to change the
job, because he knows where I work
and he came to my workplace before
screaming and shouting, so I will
call in saying I wont be able to
attend any longer.
After that I might go and visit my
mom and dad.
And most of all forget everything
with James and start a new life.
HENRY
I'm glad that you have a rough
idea what you gonna do next.
It's pretty late now and I have a
work to go to tomorrow , so I'm
going off to sleep.
You know where the guest room is
so when you done with everything
go rest.
And please don't think about
anything till tomorrow.
JANE
Okay, goodnight Henry.
Jane smiled and carried on drinking her tea
Henry went to his bedroom.

4. INT. LIVING ROOM
HENRY
[on the phone]
I have a good friend and she has
her beauty salon , we briefly
talked and she said that if you
want you can come and she will
give you couple of treatments,i
thought it will be helpful. So if
you want ill text you the address.
JANE
Sounds like it will be a good
opportunity to forget about
everything for a while.
I'll take that offer .

HENRY
Okay then i'll send you all the
details in a bit.
JANE
By the way , what time are you
going to come home?
HENRY
Around 10pm, why?
JANE
Just was thinking to cook
something for dinner if you won't
mimd.
HENRY
I was thinking to get a takeaway ,
but if you want you can make
dinner, I'll look forward to it.
JANE
I'll do my best!
Then I'll see you at 10pm.
HENRY
Okay bye
INT.BEAUTY SALON
Walks up to the reception desk
JANE
Hi! Im here to see Vikki.

5. RECEPTIONIST
Okay one second I'll call her
Vikki walks out from the back of the salon
VIXKI
Hey!I'm Vikki.
Are you Jane?
JANE
Yeah, Henry told me that if I feel
like it I can come here
I hope I'm not distracting you
from work.
VICKI
No! Ofcourse not , I would love to
spend some time with you , I heard
a little bit about your situation
from Henry, so I'm here to help
you not worry about it for a
little while and have a little
pamper day for yourself.
Sounds good?
JANE
Sounds great!
Vicky shows her the way to the beautician room where the
beauty therapy started, you can see her having her hair,
nails and facial done.
Jane and Vicky walk back to the reception.
JANE (CONT'D)
Thank you so so much for today!
You really made my day I feel a
lot much better.
Jane turns to the receptionist
JANE (CONT'D)
How much is it?
Vicky interrupts
VICKI
You dont need to worry about
anything , it's on us?

What do you mean ? You did so much
work, that costs money, I want to
pay for today.
VICKI
To be honest I was asked not to
tell you but Henry said that he
will pay for everything today so
he will write me out a check when
I see him next time so you do not
need to worry. I will not let you
pay today so if everything you
should talk to Henry because it's
nothing to do with us.
JANE
Okey but I'll still talk to him
when I meet him. But Vicky I am
really pleased with everything
you done for me today , I'll come
here from now on. But first I need
to find a new job.
VICKI
My pleasure to have such a sweet
customer as you. May I ask you
what you used to do before ?
JANE
I am a professional makeup artist
and at my last work I just did
makeup for girls who gonna go prom
and stuff. I worked with a woman
at her salon but now I have to
change the job because of the
circumstances.
VICKI
Why don't you try to become a
freelancer? There is a lot more
opportunities, you can have
flexible hours and also choose
your clients and the work you do.
I think that in the light of
everything that happened so far
it's a perfect solution because
you don't want to be found right.
JANE
I'll think about it. I mean it's a
good idea but there's a lot of
stuff to consider.

Let me tell you this , if you are
going to do that then I'll send
you some of my customers, I'm not
losing them i'm just sharing ,
I'll let them know that there is a
freelance makeup artist and if
they will be interested I'll give
them your phone.
JANE
That sounds good , thank you so
much , you are helping a lot.
Let's meet up sometime and get to
know each other. I think we will
get along
