2. Synopsis : KIWI means Key Indicator to warehouse architecture.
KIWI reports are everyday sent to topmost management of AtoS.
KIWI is responsible for handling reporting for GDTS (Global Delivery Tooling
System).
I have Contributed to Multiple projects under KIWI
1.Ticketing System : SDM (major project)
Many Clients of Atos moved from older SDM version (12.1 ) to (12.9)
There was already DWH available for 12.1.
That DWH functionality extended to include sdm12.9.
2. Legacy Ticketing tool: DSD, Clarify, OSD.
ETL is developed to support reporting based on these legacy tools.
New Standalone projects are introduced.
3. CMDB tool : Atrium and CSED (major Projects)
For asset management, Now atrium and CSED are in place for many clients.
(Earlier DWH was existing for HP asset manager)
At ODS level Atrium and CSED mappings are introduced.
At DWH level, Already existing mappings are extended to take care of Atrium
and CSED.
4. COMET: major incidents are created in Comet (small module)
New standalone project is introduced.
I was responsible for end to end development.
5. Cloud information.
DWH built to load information from flat files to data Mart.
Queries are built to retrieve data into crystal report.
Responsibilities : Experience in creating Transformations and Mappings using Informatica
Designer and processing tasks using Workflow Manager to move data from
multiple sources into targets.
Analyzing and implementing code fixes for data bugs in the production
warehouse using ETL mappings and SQL.
• Coordinate with application team and develop ETL processes like

• Use of Informatica Power Center for (ETL) extraction, transformation
and loading data from flat files into target database (Oracle DB).
• Support reporting team (SAP BO) to create universe in terms of making
them understand the relationship between the tables, knowledge about

and data flow diagram in order to make them understand the DWH.
