The initial idea of OAP stage was to create a social platform for expertise sharing, learning and business partnerships establishment among experts and researchers of various segments.
On the initial stage of market opportunity analysis, we conducted several interviews with different target groups’ representatives of our future platform. Findings from these interviews allowed us to adjust key elements of our business model and canvas accordingly.
In order to get more detailed and deeper Customer feedback we initiated online survey and face-to-face group interview with 135 and 40 participants accordingly. Thus, our research involved 175 participants from different age groups, nationalities, educational levels and professions and backgrounds.
Even though further detalisation of Customer needs should be conducted we are convinced of the relevance of the idea as a business opportunity and with further adjustments of model details expect it to grow to a profitable and perspective business activity.
