Developing a GIS-based decision support model to support water conservation
programs in Bernalillo County, NM. Experience with map digitization, geo-
database management, and building geo-processing tools through the use of
ArcGIS 10.1 Model Builder. .NET Runtime SDK, Python Scripts, and ArcObjects.
