2. Every pile of unscooped dog waste has a unique DNA “Poo Print” that
can be used to identify the specific pet – Undeniable Accountability!
Property Managers report an almost immediate reduction in dog
waste between 75 to 100%!
Customers highly recommend PooPrints as a highly effective,
low‐cost solution to the dog waste dilemma.
3. Reduces your maintenance costs and requirements and makes
your community attractive and safe.
Easy to implement during move‐in orientation or have
PET SCOOP schedule a community “Pet Day”.
Manage and track all pets on the property using free online tools.
Save money AND Generate revenue with pet policy enforcement.
7. PET SCOOP offers “Doggie DNA Collect & Register” service starting at $40 with
our “COMPLETE” package or “D.I.Y.” for $35 per dog, this cost can be covered
by the dog‐owning resident through a small monthly pet fee/ deposit.
PET SCOOP or pet owner will swab dog’s cheek and mail the swab back to the
lab for analysis in the provided, postage‐paid envelope.
Once the unique database includes most/all the dog profiles on the property,
it acts as an incentive for pet owners to scoop up!
Place this special tag
on the pet’s collar to
identify the dog as
PooPrints registered.
8. Cost is $18 for the Waste Sample Collection Kit. Collect a nickel‐sized
amount of the waste. Shake well, and mail the sample in its leak‐proof,
postage‐paid container to the lab for analysis.
Lab Analysis of waste costs $55. Turn around time is 5‐10 days from
sample receipt. Management can log into their unique database to
match the sample with a registered community dog.
Once you receive the Match notification, contact the offending resident.
9. A dog’s gut is designed to eat almost anything. One dog will
produce more bacteria per day than a person, cow, and horse
combined.
Parasites Bacteria & Viruses Symptoms
Cryptosporidium Salmonella Fever
Giardia E. coli Kidney Disorders
Hookworms Campylobacter Heachache
Roundworms Leptospira Vomiting
Tapeworms (Bloody)Diarrhea
11. One study found that 20% of bacteria in contaminated water
could be traced to a canine source.
12. “We believe the PooPrints program has been a huge success for us. We no longer have dog
waste complaints, our properties are clean and waste free, and our resident retention rate
has increased. I would highly recommend the PooPrints program to any property owner
looking to increase the overall quality of their pet friendly locations.” ~ JJS Property
Management
“I was leery that the PooPrints Program would be very difficult to implement and that it
would not be received well. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We have had 0 objections to
this program thus far and countless compliments on how well it has worked. Our grounds are
finally poop free and I haven’t even had to fine anyone yet for not picking up after their dog’s
waste! This program was an answered prayer.” ~ Adam Chavira, Property Manager
“I manage a large apartment complex in Southern NH that consists of over 350 apartments.
Our community prides itself in being pet friendly. The program has worked better than we
ever imagined it would. The property management team is thrilled that their time can be
spent on other managerial duties besides pooper scooper violators and the residents are
happy their community is well‐kept and clean.” ~ Deb Logan, Property Manager
