In my opinion, that is the reason why we listened to this piece of music. To try and be exposed to a work that has a large supply of instruments and
a choir at the same time. From listening to it, they did a very good job of incorporating the choir with the music. The choir was also very

"People think that baseball is a boring sport to watch" (Miller). The games are very long, lasting an average of three hours. The game can also go into

The Youth Oriented Hip Hop Movement
According to Erikson (1968, referenced by Jacobson, 2009), "...in the social jungle of human existence there is no feeling of being alive without a sense
of identity." It is well understood that, like all individuals, youths especially have a need to belong to a social group. Many youth participate in
subculture resistance, apparent through demonstrating language, expression, and fashion that are often opposing parental and authority figures, and
the dominant culture. People who have similar characteristics or similar experiences are, according to Jacobson (2009, p. 11), more likely to "...unite in
opposition to the dominant culture". A music genre that distinctly demonstrates such is the hip–hop movement. The youth–oriented hip–hop movement
finds its significance in the lives of African–American youths in urban working class settings and their resistance to authority, as well as allowing them
to voice their identity and address common issues concerning race, gang activity, drugs, violence, and sex. While hip–hop has been suggested to have
negative impacts on youths in contemporary society, it is known by most to simply be a reflection of the reality. Hip–hop, as an artistic outlet,
challenges the dominant culture whereby teens living in urban areas are frequently subjected to violence and harmful activity, and therefore speaks

Racism Is A Relic Of The Past
In recent years the #blacklivesmatter movement has been effective in bringing attention to anti–black racism in America; however, the commonly held
understanding of racism, in particular how it is executed and its consequenses on the black community, has not evolved much from the past. News
outlets and social media seems to present a thorough definition of racism and its consequences; racism is a white police officer beating or shooting a
black teen, a white presidential candidate spewing racial slurs during his campaign or perhaps it looks like a white cooking show TV host who admits
to having used the n–word. Media is prepared to bring up conspicuous prejudice and discrimination every time it occurs; perpetuating the thought that
generally racism is a relic of the past. However, contemporary manifestations of racism and its effects are much more complex and deep than the
depiction of racism in media suggests. Albeit race relations have amended significantly since the last century, racism persists as a subtle indoctrination
even within the black community. "The blacker the berry the sweeter the juice" is a saying commonly used within the African–American community
reflecting these indoctrinations. Although the origin of the phrase is unclear, the saying can be traced back to the novel The Blacker The Berry: A

Born on November 7th, 1943, in Fort Macleod, Canada, Joni Mitchell was quick to success. "After teaching herself how to play the guitar, she went
off to art college and quickly emerged as one of the leading folk performers of the late 1960s and '70s." ("Joni Mitchell"). Some of her most notable
songs include "Big Yellow Taxi
", "Both Sides Now", and "A Case of You". "A Case of You" is arguably her most successfulsong. It was written in 1970
and later released on her album, Blue, in 1971. It has been covered by a multitude of artists and given her outrageous success in this music industry.
She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997, and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2007. She released her nineteenth, and
final studio album, Shine, in 2007 which was her first album in nearly a decade. Since then, she has been battling a long line of ongoing heath issues.
She contracted polio at the age of nine and has sought treatment for Morgellons disease. Additionally, in 2015 she suffered from an aneurysm, but has
since then made a full recovery and is said to be living comfortably on her own. What seems to separate Joni Mitchell from other folk artists of her
time is her use of instrumentals. Her use of specific instruments is what allows her songs to be very vocally driven, as the instrumentals tend to be
