In this interoffice memorandum, Tony Presley, an ABE instructor at PSCC, is writing to Mr. Dave Harland about Ulysses S. Burland's request for GED verification. Presley needs Burland to fill out a new application for verification that requires notarization and include a $5 fee, as the previous request kept being returned. Presley will then forward the new application to the testing center for verification if Burland still wants official confirmation of his GED completion.

INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM
TO: MR. DAVE HARLAND, TPS
FROM: TONY PRESLEY, ABE INSTRUCTOR (PSCC)
SUBJECT: BURLAND, ULYSSES S. 123456: GED VERIFICATION
DATE: FRIDAY, APRIL 03, 2009
CC: DCE FILE
Dear Mr. Dave:
I am sorry to have to trouble your department in the above referenced matter again. This
transcript request keeps coming back. This time, I need Mr. Burland to execute the
newly enclosed application I just received from the testing center, with notarization
again.
Also, it looks as though he will have to forward the $5 fee as well. All this is of course
assuming he still wants to obtain official verification on his GED. If so, execute the new
application (with notarization and fee), and I will forward to the new address the issuing
agency has provided for verification. Thanks.
