Dimming Control (LED Backlight)
The environment light sensor is able to detect the intensity or the brightness of light
surrounding the display. The light is converted to an electronic signal and is sent to the scaler board. The
smart program of the MCU then adjusts the percentage of backlight accordingly.
Furthermore, the sensor function can be disabled directly on the monitor or via RS232
if connected to the console.
LED backlight Compared with conventional CCFL,
LED technology has many advantages:

● Longer lifetime
● Thinner and lighter
● Better dynamic contrast
● Wider color gamut
● Safer without Hg (mercury)

Monitor with Passive Infrared Sensor
A common application is the detection of the presence or absence of people, generally when they approach a
kiosk or information display. The display can be activated or changed based on the sensor input. One advantage of
sensors in these applications is that the distance of the person could be used rather than just their presence or
absence, permitting a different response if the person is arriving, stopped or leaving.
Main advantages:
- Reduces the consumption of the display
- Increases the life of the screen
- Reduces the temperature of total the system unit

Smart Cooling Kit
Our S.C.K. Smart Fan Controller is continuously sensing the temperature and controlling
the turning speed.
We set up three temperatures: Low, Medium and High Temperature.
When medium temperature is exceeded fans start working and first stage(50%), if
temperature keeps increasing and reach maximum temperature fans start working and
second stage(100%), finally, when sensor measures below the low temperature it stops.
The most advantage of S.C.K. is to elongate life time of fans and improve reliability of the
whole unit.

H-IR FILTER: Infrared filter for professional industrial applications
H-IR FILTER is a durable, optically clear, hard coated polyester film which can be laminated to the rear
surface of several of our touch sensors types within our clean rooms.
The IR-cut film reduces the transmission of Infrared (IR) energy through the touch sensor and provides
system designers with a useful tool to help thermal management and cooling within a kiosk, ATM or other
self-service terminal, thereby aiding in the protection of internal components sensitive to high
temperatures, such as the LCD.

Sacrificial Glass & Optical Filters
