Each day you will examine a new sense and what
exactly you can do with it. Each group will keep a

which sense was used. By the end of the week, lets
hope you have helped Stella find the five senses from

DAY ONE:
Title
Introduction
•First we will observe a short youtube video learning
about the five senses and how they are used.

Evaluation •Today you will learn about the sense :Sight
Conclusion •You will break into five groups of six, grab a partner and
lay down on paper and trace your partner. At the end of
each day, whatever sense you observed, draw in the sense
on the traced body. Ex: If you learned about sight, you
will draw eyes on the outline of your partner.
•Each group will be set on a mission to observe with
different items such as
binoculars, kaleidoscope, prescription glasses, etc.
•Then you will create a web diagram using SIGHT as the
maid idea and connect 10 different items that you use the
sight sense.
•Now your one day closer to finding all five senses for the

Title •Today you will be learning about your hearing sense.

Task • Each group will spend 10 minutes at the computer
Process observing different sounds you hear below, with your back

•Then you will go your tables and in a box there are
different items that make different sounds.
Bells, whistles, chimes, etc. Are any of the items similar in
sound? Are they loud, quiet, etc?

•Today you will be learning about your touching sense

Task You will all put on a blindfold and reach into the box and

Task •Each group has six brown paper bags. Put the blindfolds on
