EXPERIENCES OF THE FIRST BATCH OF B.COM (Corporate Secretaryship)
Students from Suresh Gyan Vihar University have had a great experience of working with
Chartered Accountants and business professionals. Although the students of the first batch have
gone for projects for the first time, they have experienced a great response from the industry.
They have found that mentors from the corporate world give them the required skills and
competencies.
The companies have found that B.Com. students are very useful to them as summer interns and
contribute a great deal in their accounting and finance systems. The University is getting positive
feedback about their summer projects. One such email is being re-produced here, this is about summer
training of Mr. Amit Pathak, who has just completed B.Com. 1st

“To
The Dean

Dear Sir
We are currently re-engineering our complete accounting systems and developing a
method of developing real-time decision-support data. Amit is playing a very crucial
role in it.
We seek your kind cooperation by requesting an extension of Amit's summer
internship to 31st July. If his internship is not extended, our re-engineering process
will get seriously de-railed. We hope you would conceded to this humble request.”
