Given that we have coaching clients all over the country, and that we 
are constantly on on the phone with coaching clients consistently, we 
tend to see trends happening. Sometimes even before the agents 
themselves see the trends happening because of what each agent 
tells us about their market. We’re seeing more inventory, which 
means there is more competition, and that the skill level of the agent 
starts to not just matter more, but indeed become appreciated. This 
is exciting to see because a lot of our agents have spent a lot of time 
working on their skill, and now they have a chance to have their hard 
work work for them.! ! 
What is the mindset that can carry you through to be a top 
performer? One part is to keep working! Don’t make it so you just 
have a great six months, make it so you have a great year! Make it 
so you have a great career! What did it take for you 120 days ago 
that you need to be doing now? Your success now is because the 
past version of you was working! They were doing what they were supposed to be doing. They 
were following up on their leads, they were going on listing appointments, getting price 
reductions, doing their job. Are you now doing what you did before which resulted in the success 
you’re experiencing now?! ! This is a real question you have to be checking yourself on. Chances are you’re not. A lot of us 
get in the habit, in that we’ll work, work, work, work, we’ll put some stuff in contract, we’ll make 
some money, and then during the end contract phase, we stop doing the work, work, work, 
work. Then you have to start it all up over again. So you might have a couple good months of 
the year, but if you have a couple of bad months, then your good months don’t really amount to 
anything, because that money is just being spent to the money you should have been earning 
during the slower months.! ! 
You can fix this cash spurts problem by wrapping your minds around the fact that this is a 
business and an opportunity for you to make a tremendous amount of money, to help thousands 
and thousands of people, depending on what your goals are, as long as you treat it like a 
business, and focus on the types of things that will get you paid: when you’re helping a lot of ! 
people at a high level.! !

Given that we have coaching clients all over the country, and that we are constantly on on the phone with coaching clients consistently, we tend to see trends happening. Sometimes even before the agents themselves see the trends happening because of what each agent tells us about their market. We’re seeing more inventory, which means there is more competition, and that the skill level of the agent starts to not just matter more, but indeed become appreciated. This is exciting to see because a lot of our agents have spent a lot of time working on their skill, and now they have a chance to have their hard work work for them.! ! What is the mindset that can carry you through to be a top performer? One part is to keep working! Don’t make it so you just have a great six months, make it so you have a great year! Make it so you have a great career! What did it take for you 120 days ago that you need to be doing now? Your success now is because the past version of you was working! They were doing what they were supposed to be doing. They were following up on their leads, they were going on listing appointments, getting price reductions, doing their job. Are you now doing what you did before which resulted in the success you’re experiencing now?! ! This is a real question you have to be checking yourself on. Chances are you’re not. A lot of us get in the habit, in that we’ll work, work, work, work, we’ll put some stuff in contract, we’ll make some money, and then during the end contract phase, we stop doing the work, work, work, work. Then you have to start it all up over again. So you might have a couple good months of the year, but if you have a couple of bad months, then your good months don’t really amount to anything, because that money is just being spent to the money you should have been earning during the slower months.! ! You can fix this cash spurts problem by wrapping your minds around the fact that this is a business and an opportunity for you to make a tremendous amount of money, to help thousands and thousands of people, depending on what your goals are, as long as you treat it like a business, and focus on the types of things that will get you paid: when you’re helping a lot of ! people at a high level.! !
