As the largest coffee importer, Germany accounts for 34% of all European coffee imports sourced directly from producing countries. Brazil is Germany's largest green coffee supplier at 34% of imports, followed by Vietnam at 22% and Honduras at 9.2%. While German green coffee import volumes increased slightly by 1.3% per year from 2015 to 2019, import values shrank by 4.9% during that period due to lower prices.
