THE VILLAGE
THE REFINEMENT OF LIVING TRENDS
Young people need affordable housing, old people seek society at eye level and/or
caring help. The village with its three alterna<ve residen<al forms (the care
housing group, the city apartment and the village) tries to meet this demand for
young and old. Communica<on between the genera<ons, help among each other
and overcoming the problems of the genera<ons paired with high service quality
in humans are the maxims of our new living forms. Togetherness at the highest
level.

OUR
AIM
Our aim is to put 3 villages, 5 city apartments and 10
outpa<ent residen<al groups into opera<on in Germany
each year and to be represented in every industrial country
in Europe in 5 years in order to be able to give people a
perspec<ve again.
AFFORDABLE
LIVING
As a system provider for affordable housing for all social
classes, the village has therefore developed solu<ons, that
make housing affordable again. Also a combina<on
between payable dwelling and payable nursing care is a
novelty in Germany and Europe.
EXPERIENCED
TEAM
20 years of consul<ng experience for small and medium-
sized enterprises in Germany, 18 years of experience in the
real estate sector in Germany and Spain and 10 years of
ac<ve concept development in health care for doctors and
physiotherapists are a guarantee for experience in the
village sector.
NEW FORMS
OF HOUSING
New forms of housing and concepts of caring are urgently
needed in order to be able to give all social classes a home
again. Affordable outpa<ent housing groups, affordable city
apartments and villages on the outskirts of medium-sized
ci<es or in the countryside do not exist, they would have a
las<ng boom. Poli<cians are looking for solu<ons without
finding them.

OUR GOALS
Our housing in urban areas is modern, latest technical stand, func7onal, barrier-free
and age-appropriate. In rural areas, we build ecologically sustainable buildings,
ensure a healthy indoor climate and form a large community. All necessary forms of
services in our housing forms are professional, demonstrably more intensive and
from the demand on ourselves - more human, social and at eye level.
The 3 types of housing differ in size, condi7on and loca7on, depending on which
type of housing is to be built at which loca7on. Our clientele consists of appren7ces,
young professionals, students, single mothers / fathers, singles, elderly and/or
disabled people.
As managing director of modern solu7ons GmbH, I have been able to gain
experience in the real estate sector in Berlin for 25 years. In this work, the idea of
the village with its 3 living forms was developed and tested in the context of field
tests in Berlin.

environment and capital alike. Affordable living space
does not have to be inferior living space.
On the contrary, we are firmly convinced that we have
developed a concept that combines affordable living
space, sustainability, CO2 neutrality, energy efficiency, a
healthy indoor climate and a life without toxins.

8,500,000 US dollars. The capital is needed for the
second village loca2on in Schlüchtern to build the land,
the infrastructure and the village.
