Strategic Product Planning and Management for “Assembled in America”. These product components are
sourced both locally and in Asia, but substantial transformation takes place in the USA.
● Actively secured new business for Celestica - concentrating on the re-shoring of business from China to the USA
(in addition to the IBM account). This resulted in 40M of new revenue corporate wide.
● Provided Product Strategic planning on new and existing accounts, which provided significant revenue to
Celestica and a future revenue stream of over 50M.
● Launched and successfully completed four new programs in my 1st year with Celestica, from design, prototype,

● Created a cohesive cross-functional team and executed a plan for a flawless transfer of products from Concept
to Launch. These included both Domestic and International products which required overcoming hundreds of
customs obstacles. This was especially evident working with component transfers between China and the USA.
● Coordinated and implemented the set up for the transfer of goods to the IBM designated Guadalajara HUB
warehouse for finished products. This entailed many customs regulations and extensive documentation.
● Successfully negotiated resolution for excess and obsolete liability by transferring material to other Celestica
sites, suppliers and customers.
