3. Origin
• The name come from two ingredients of the
recipe in Catalonia. Garlic ( All ) and oil ( oli )
• Allioli come from mediterranian cities in
Spain.
5. Process
First, in a boil you put oil and garlic. Then with a
mixer, you mix it. Then you add the egg and
continue mixing. You will see that the mix will
get a diferent shape and change. You add the
salt and you are finish.
6. Taste and uses
• It has a hard taste. If you put more garlic, it
tastes hot
• It is used to east with bread, vegetables
