An approach that has been characterizing the com-
pany since the beginning of its activity and that has
ensured the launch of 16 industrial patents.
Each door by Barausse is made of the highest
quality materials: surfaces with the Verolegno
brand, stainless steel, aluminum, leather, coconut,
glass, Swarosvski are all elements that contribute
to make “Barausse doors” renowned and appre-
ciated all over the world giving added value to
"made in Italy” products. The operators of the com-
pany followed the whole process − from design to
implementation − for the creation of the new facil-
ity − brought into operation last September and
equipped with state-of-the-art machines, plants
and technologies.

facility of the Vicenza-based manufacturer have been provided by Tvm termoventilmec.

siano, near Treviso.
The order included the design and the sup-
ply of three suction lines with self-cleaning
filtering units, a pneumatic handling sys-
tem to collect the suctioned material inside
a storage silo, a system for the extraction
and the transport inside a boiler for the pro-
duction of hot water connected with two fan units generating
hot air which is released in production departments.
All the operations of plant and machines are automatically man-
aged by a Plc, thanks to which the operator can check the oper-
ations and working status in real time.
The technical office of Tvm – in cooperation with the technical
staff of Barausse, coordinated by Manuel Barausse – designed
the whole plant according to the specific requirements of the
customer and in compliance with 94/9/Ec, the European direc-
tive known as “Atex” concerning the effects of possible explo-
sion in potentially explosive environments.
Nazzareno Barausse, managing director of Barausse Spa, and
Livio Zaros, president of Tvm, have both expressed great sat-
isfaction for the effectiveness of the plant after positive testing of
the plants supplied to Union Porte in Russia last year and, this
year, in the “historical” facility in Vicenza. ■
