Philip preached in Phrygia and died a martyr at Hierapolis.
he died by hanging.
Philip came from Bethsaida, the town from which Peter
and Andrew came. Philip was a fisherman.
Philip was a man with a warm heart and a pessimis@c
head. He was one who would very much like to do
something for others, but who did not see how it could be
done. Galilean gave all he had. In return God used him.

• By faith is believing the things you cannot see.
• The Bible teaches, we can be liLle or much faith.

Faith Brings Joy!
1 Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s
sight by faith, we have peace with God because of
what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.
2 Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this
place of undeserved privilege where we now stand,
and we confidently and joyfully look forward to
sharing God’s glory.
