you should check out.
EastLake Upholstery
EastLake Upholstery is located at 312 Corte, Chula Vista. They are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-
5:30pm. This shop is unique because not only do they sell antiques, but they also repair them. They
specialize in fixing antiques that are valuable or memorable to you or your family. I had an old table
repaired and restored from them and I would for sure recommend them to anyone.
Disabled Veteran's
The disabled veteran thrift store is located in spring valley off of Jamacha and Elkelton road. It is
open Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 6:30pm. The DAV is not directly an antique store but if you visit
there you will find a ton of antique items. As soon as you walk in to the left there is old cabinets and
dressers. The store itself is very big and if you look around ling enough your bound to find something
you like. Next door is a thrift shop where you can shop after visiting the DAV. The DAV's atmosphere
is very friendly. All the profits from the store go to Disabled veterans and all the employee's are
willing to help to satisfy your every need.
Second Hand Sue's
Second Hand Sue's specializes in antiques and other collectibles. They are located at 271 Third
avenue. When you enter the store it is a little bit crowded but everything is well organized. The
atmosphere is fun and the workers there a friendly and if your looking for antiques or cheap thrift
items this shop is definitely a place you should visit.
Empire Enterprise Antiques
The Empire Enterprise Antique shop is located at 4926 Newport avenue. They are open Tuesday -
Saturday from 10:30am - 5:30pm. They specialize in Antique jewelry to be specific. They also buy old
collectible jewelry. The atmosphere is fun but serious as it is a respectable business. If I ever need to
sell an old ring or necklace this is my number 1 spot.
Antique shops are very exciting and fun. Although a lot of the items they tend to sell is junk, if you
