2. Our Awesome Product
We make our own Gelato base daily with fresh
ingredients. Our dairy flavors use low-fat milk with
cream and no butters or eggs, while our Sorbets
are made with seasonal fruit and water. Exclusive
ingredients include prestigious Pistachio from
Bronte (Sicily) and Nocciola (Hazelnut) from
Piemonte.
Differently from any other ice cream or
gelato producer, our product isn’t made
with a stabilizing industrial base and
uses only natural fats (milk and whipped
cream) and fresh fruit.
We can make Gelato with ANYTHING:

3. The Gelato-go Team
We are 2 young Italian friends and we
opened the first Gelato-Go on the sunny
Ocean Drive in the heart of Miami Beach,
on January the 18th 2013.
Domenico D’Addio (top) is the CEO and
Alessandro Alvino (bottom) is in charge of
all the Marketing and Communication.
A strong childhood friendship developed
into the “dream of our life”: bringing the
Italian Home Gelato tradition in USA.
Our Gelato Chef Team is made of the most
skilled Maestri Gelatieri who embrace
decades of Italian Home Made Gelato
recipes and processes.
11. The Cost «at a glance»
“Una tantum” fee of $ 35.000 due at the signing of the
Franchising agreement;
4% of the Monthly Gross Revenues of the Franchisee
store;
NO HIDDEN FEES OR MARK UP OF ANY SORT!!

12. What do we offer
3D of the Location with all the needed Equipment, Lay
Out, Materials and all the mandatory Engineering
Requirements (Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical) to
Open a Gelato Store in the United States of America;
Support in the Gelato Machines purchase: using all the
Gelato-go network (built in the last 3 Years) the
Franchisee will save at least 25% (or around $10K) of the
total Cost;
Support in the Location Build Out Process: using all the
Gelato-go networks the Franchisee will be able to
choose from reliable Contractors used in previous
Projects: “saving time means saving $$$$$”;

13. What do we offer
Discounted rates for all the Raw Material and Gelato
supplies which Gelato-go has negotiated in the last 3
Year with the Key Vendors: the Franchisee will save
more than 10% of Cost of Material;
4 weeks of training with one of our Gelato Chef (this
Training is offered in one of the existing Gelato-go Store
and in case the Franchisee prefers to have the Training
in his location the Housing and Food expenses will be
charged separately); the Gelato Chef will train the
Franchisee in how to use the Gelato Machines and in
how to “create the magic” with the Gelato-go approved
recipes;
Support in finding and training the Franchisee Staff.

14. What do we offer
Monthly visit of a Gelato-go team member once the
Shop is up an running to discuss and check the
following:
1. The previous month results;
2. The Quality of the output and service provided (they
must be in line with the Gelato-go standard);
3. Any other issue the Franchisee will need to discuss in
person with the Franchiser;
Free use of the Gelato-go Web Site, E-mail addresses
and all the Restaurant, Catering Companies and Hotel
Networks which Gelato-go has developed in the last 3
Years.
