 Was forced to destroy and lock away Gallifrey in order to
end a great war between his race and another, known as
the Daleks, exterminating the Time Lords.
 He is feared by various aliens throughout the universe
and is known as “The Destroyer of His Own Kind” and
“The Oncoming Storm”.
 The Daleks, nemeses of The Doctor, still consistently
threaten the universe and are a constant reminder of his
failure to truly end the Time War.
