Multiple failure attempts to take out 8650mark by bulls may provide bears an opportunity to enter into the
game to play short term weakness.
NIFTY: 8590(-0.51%)
STRATEGY FOR TRADERS:
Nifty made a multiple attempts to take out 8650 mark but facing strong resistance over there; hence any negative
trigger may lead short term correction towards 8450 mark; hence traders can go short with strict stop loss at
8670mark.
Daily Nifty Levels R1: 8610 R2: 8643 R3: 8670
Pivot: 8606 S1: 8550 S2: 8500 S3: 8460
CHART FORMATIONS:
 Nifty is facing strong resistance in 8625-8670 zone
for last five trading sessions as 8670 is 61.8%
retracement of fall from 9119 to 7940.
 Nifty has immediate support at upsloping trendline
placed at 8540 mark.
 Above 8670 nifty may head towards higher levels as
on weekly chart there was breakout of bullish flag
formation where around 8800 nifty has an
intermediate resistance.
 Nifty has strong support zone of moving averages in
8450-8390 band as 100-day and 200-day moving
average placed at 8436/8410 respectively.
TECHNICAL INDICATORS:
 Mechanical indicators RSI and CCI are holding
60/100 support mark respectively while momentum
oscillator is heading southwards.
