14. RECOMMENDATION AND SUGGESTION
Depending on the observations and recommendations and suggestions have been made: 1. The company should find out other better ways for
motivating their employees regarding the benefits and packages, as the employees are least happy and satisfied with the same. The company could
introduce monthly increment or bonus plans based on the performance of the employee and to be given to the best performing employee only. The
company should also look at the work load among the employees working in the same level, as most of the employees feel that the work load isn't
being equally distributed among them and also that they are quite unhappy about it. The Department Manager or the Team Leader should keep a
check on the work load. findings of the study, the following 3. The company needs to work more on taking care of its employees at its all level to
make them feel that they are also a part of the organization and that their work is important in turn motivating them and making them feel that they
are valued in the organization. 4. Another important thing that the company should look into is the fair promotion of the employees as a biased
promotion of an employee might demotivate the other employees. 5. The company should try and create a friendlier working environment as most
of the employees have said that they don't have good friends at work and also that they feel their co-workers don't do their best at work. Thus, to
create a friendlier environment the management should have more of fun and group activities among them so that they can perform together as a
group, where they would help one another and also learn from each other thus, creating a healthy relation among them.
