EBM is a consumer product used for generating electronic bills and to store the bill information.
The billing information can be retrieved, viewed and reprinted. The stored billing records can be
used for tax commutation. EBM also provides inventory/stock information. It is capable to
interface with PC for Data Backup and also capable to interface with Electronic Weighing scale
Machine. Hardware is designed based on Renesas Microcontroller (M16/R8C series).

Embedded Application Programming in C and C++.
Device Driver for SAMSUNG SMP2000II and EPSON M-U110II mini dot Printers.
Device Driver for M25PE16 Serial Flash Memory.
Device Driver for Character LCD and IDT1339 RTC.

WEB INTERFACED HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEM
Internet Interface By : Winsock and MAPI programming in VB
This project uses Internet as a powerful tool to monitor and control the home appliances
in Real-Time. The range limit barrier of old technologies are overcome with this new technology
and now the user can monitor his house from any part of the globe. Apart from controlling of
home appliances, this project also realizes the security needs by implementing a sensor module
which can detect any fire hazards and trespassing.
My contribution for the project is, complete development of interfacing software for both
Supervisor and Remote PCs using Visual Basic programming and also aid for the design of
interfacing circuits.
