Subtle Racism
1) The Longest Yard, when Adam Sandler goes to get a running back he goes to
the “black side” of the yard to get the faster people. This portrays black
people as faster.
2) Fast and the Furious Toyko Drift, Bow Wow, the only black character in the
movie is a hustler.
3) Fast and Furious Toyko Drift, the Asians are automatically good at drifting,
the white people.
4) Next Friday, The only white guy is portrayed as a “stoner skater” this gives
the vibe that all white people are stoner skaters.
5) 21 Jump Street, There was a track and Field race and a black guy beat out a
group of white people to win.
