Susan Taylor was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She was raised in Indiana but has lived in Maryland since 1980. She graduated from St. Mary’s College, and then went on to earn her MBA in Management from New York Institute of Technology. She then entered the federal government and received continual promotions until becoming a member of the Senior Executive Service.
