mentor at ONGC, Mrs. Sushma S Purty, Deputy Manager (HR) and Dr. Bhavani Akkapeddi,
Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bangalore. I am greatly indebted
to both of them for providing their advice, constructive suggestions, positive and supportive
attitude and continuous encouragement, without which it would have not been possible to
complete the project.
I am thankful to Mr. Sushil J. G .P. Kispotta, Manager (HR), ONGC for giving me opportunity
