than 500 I/Os are used.

Technical objects employed in the loop are Siemens PLCs, IMs, HMIs, Scanners, Number Punching unit,
Printers ,Nutrunners, Ateq (Leak Test Master) RFID, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Andon
blocks. More than 1500 I/Os are used.

Station. Second Station consists of 3 Digital Counters, 1 Digital Timer, 3 LVDTs (Check OD,ID & Height of Seat) along with
Digital controller. Digital controller collects the values from all the LVDTs and gives the Pass/Fail Results of individual
valve seat. Cycle time of the Machine is 40seats/Min.

Description: The Machine consists of two stations. First station includes a Hopper, Vibrator and a Laser sensor depending
on which Valve seat Orientation will be changed, Then Valve seat with the correct orientation will be moved to the second
Station. Second Station consists of a Lathe Machine, Mitsubishi VFD Controlled Motor, 3 Digital Counters, 1 Digital Timer.
At Lathe Machine Valve seats are chamfered. Cycle time of the Machine is 25seats/Min.
