Continued… • Front end Explanation: • The root budget amount is noted down. • The flow of money is recorded in ledger. • When an individual got money sanctioned, with the use Aadhar Bio- metric money is reduced from parent budget. • Back end explanation: • A ledger is maintained. • Every flow is visible to every node.
