From the beginning, sea turtles have been swimming in the oceans. Today, all species have become
endangered, while their threats to survive have increased and their numbers has decreased by ninety
percent in the past ten years. The distances turtles travel to migrate has complicated their conservation
but attempts to save them has increased while many has the opportunity to watch and participate.

Female turtles come to shore to nest her eggs keeping while only one in a thousand reaches maturity.
Out of hundred eggs, many are destroyed by predators but the survivors emerge at night and use the
moonlight as a guide to head for the sea.

As struggle for survival continues, organizations are helping to stabilize turtle populations.
