1. Steven Vigil is great. My brother is a realtor in Dallas and he recommended Mr.
Vigil. When we first met, my wife and I were very scattered in knowing what we
wanted when buying a house. I got a job in Albuquerque and we were moving from,
Clayton, NM. We did a lot of looking at houses on Zillow since we were so far away.
Zillow is not the most accurate in terms of what is still on the market. When we’d
come into Albuquerque, Steve would show us various houses. He was patient and
concerned about meeting our house buying needs, always listening. My wife and I
were wandering aimlessly; finally after several weeks and many wrong turns
because of Zillow, my wife and I started focusing on what we wanted in a house.
Once we got clear on our desires, Mr. Vigil was able to limit his searches for houses
that might interest us. After that it didn’t take long to find a house.
Every step of the way, thru frustration and disappointment he was there
working for us. When we finally did drive a U-Haul down from Clayton, Steve even
cleared his day to help us unload. Way over and above.
In the future, if we ever need to move again or have any other need when it
comes to real estate in the Albuquerque area, there is no doubt that I will call Steven
Vigil.
