2019在地創新創意服務競賽-熊熊來運動

Editor's Notes

  1. 題目範圍廣泛,本組於發想健身房問題前,即初步前往採訪認識健身房Bear Fit的背景、店內營運模式等,與店內人員、教練、會員等進行採訪,並歸納會員的想法,舉如:健身飲食的搭配、健身房的動機,以及選擇健身房考量等。(取自企劃書)
  2. 初步進行KJ法來挖掘需求,透過同理心構想加上腦力激盪法,各組員於便條紙寫上至少10個健身房所面臨的需求,並將它貼到白板後進行需求檢視,把確定不屬於健身房Bear Fit需求的情況去除,找出潛在的需求。(前面來自企劃書),再將其分類成軟體、行政、時段、教練、會員、及器材,經比較後發覺會員的需求最多。
  3. 我們根據不同的需求進行決策矩陣來投票,投票的依據為開發成本、開發所需時間、技術掌握度(以目前本組的技術來考量)、市場的需求及場域限制,最終我們這組決定需求為「評估最佳飲食搭配的方法」

  14. 設計軟體成本: 熊熊來運動的App若是委外設計,只要請廠商增加App功能、調整餐點廚房菜單、介面美術編輯等設計成本。 實施所需成本: Bearfit店內設有廚房,不需要耗費固定成本,只需由員工定期更新菜單內容,由採購人員、櫃台人員定期更新資料庫內容。
  15. 會員訓練效果提升: 透過App的推廣,讓原本不注意飲食的健身會員開始注重自身的飲食,且經過調整飲食後以幫助會員達到比先前更佳的健身效果。 省去思考的麻煩: App能提供飲食的相關資訊,讓會員訓練完之後不必再花多費更多的精力去想該從何種食材去攝取自己所需要的營養,能更快速方便的購買食材或在餐廳食用。 提升顧客忠誠度: App提供建議但我們並沒有強迫一定要在餐廳用餐,會員不會感受到壓力以及隨時隨地的使用、提醒自身的飲食方式。另外也會配合活動促銷與優惠等等ˇ 讓會員感受到這次新增的服務是為每位會員著想,以及這項服務提升會員的健身效果,進而提升會員的忠誠度。 活用健身房餐廳: 一樓餐廳目前的功用是被動提供餐點給顧客,若顧客沒有上門,餐廳也無強大吸引力。現代科技下,會員的注意力是很重要的,我們將健康資訊推至App的介面中,方便會員使用,同時調整餐點內容和點餐方式,提升餐廳的能見度,吸引顧客的到來,創造會員和健身房雙贏的局面。
  16. 解決會員自行計算攝取營養量的問題 餐廳透過「數位化服務」提供客製化餐點,能搭配會員健身時間與飲食習慣 期待本服務能使會員更加重視健身飲食的控制
