Power connection mode: the required voltage of the machine is AC 380V 3phase or
220v 3phase. Before starting the machine, confirm the power supply voltage.
The specific operation is shown in the figure above: The firewire is a three-
connector, the left of firewire is a zero wire connector, and the two ends of the
wiring bar are ground terminals.
(Note: please connect the ground wire, otherwise there will be static electricity)

6. Software Instructions
Ⅰ. Overview
Software by using the PC keyboard, mouse or touch screen to operate.
By clicking on the corresponding icon on the home page, you can enter the
corresponding test module.
The function of the three icons in the upper right corner is to enter the settings page,
remote assistance, and online upgrade.
a、Settings page: Terminal client is generally not recommended to modify;
b、Remote Assistance: When the end customer encounters a problem and needs the
assistance of the manufacturer, click this button and the Remote Assistance window will
pop up.
Photographing this window to a factory engineer will be able to operate this test
bench remotely over the network.
Before remote assistance, you need to plug in the Internet cable or connect to the
wireless network.
c、Online upgrade: HW825 provides the most advanced and most comprehensive
online upgrade function. We have established three servers in China, Hong Kong, and the
United States (by default, the Chinese server), including software,firmware, database and
individual modules. a Key online upgrade.

7. Ⅱ. Injector testing:
a. Click the common rail injector icon to enter the model selection page:
b. Enter the model to be tested at the top "Model input quick search field",
as shown below:
c. click on the model, then click continue to enter the test interface;
d. In the upper left corner, the common rail injector model and the current test
conditions are displayed..;
e. In the white area on the top, the name of the module currently tested, the brand
of the injector, the flow test method (flow / measuring cup), the current test channel (1
to 6), and the common rail pump type (normally open / normally closed);
f. System station,Display the current running information of the system.;
g. Status information area: display speed, pressure, temperature, count, resistance,
inductance, BIP, ZME and DRV current,
The first line displays the set value, the second line displays the error, and the third
line displays the actual value.
h. Working condition display area, displaying the name of each working condition,
the median value of standard oil, the minimum value and the maximum value;
i. Lower right corner shows the injector drive curve;
j. Oil column image,Show the amount of fuel injection and return oil;
k. Injector settings page, click the middle of the test page to enter the settings,
generally do not recommend the customer to modify;

8. Injector data addition and modification:
1. The existing database data can not be modified, if you need to add or modify,
according to the following method;
2. In the injector model selection page, click Copy to bring up the password input
window. Please consult the manufacturer for the specific password;
3. After entering the password, click OK to enter the data editing page, as shown
below:
4. Enter the model you need to add, select the brand and drive type, enter the test
conditions and the standard oil, save after completion
3. Injector part testing::
1、 select the corresponding drive type before testing, 110 series generally choose
14V, 120 series generally choose 28V;
2、 solenoid valve test: only test the sound of the solenoid valve is normal;
3、 open the pressure, open the pulse width: you can set the opening pressure and
pulse width, test the injector opening pressure and pulse width;
4、 AHE armature stroke: with a stroke test fixture and dial gauge armature stroke
measurement;

5、Common rail pump part testing:
The customer can freely set the current of the motor speed, ZME, DRV and solenoid valve
(MOIL), observe the pressure and the normal operation of each component.。

1. Install the injector to the adapter (4 , and the adapter pipe is connected to the injection connector (5
through the filter element.
2. Connect the high-pressure pipe (2 to the high-pressure fuel inlet of the injector.
3. Install the oil return adaptor (3 on the oil return port of the injector, and install the oil return adaptor pipe
through the filter element to the oil return adaptor (6 of the equipment.
4.Connect the injector signal line (1 to the injector solenoid valve .
5. Find the corresponding model of the fuel injector in the equipment test interface for testing.
Precautions
1. Before testing, please check whether the CP3 pump (8 is firmly installed with the equipment and whether
the pump is firmly installed between the pump and the high-pressure oil rail.
2. Before the test, check whether the high-pressure pipe and injector, and the oil return adaptor and injector
are securely installed.
3.In order to avoid the high-speed operation of the equipment and the high voltage generated by the
equipment to the operator, please close the safety door of the equipment before testing.

1.First, fix the yellow plunger pump on the test bench;
2.Then fix the C7 C9 adapter shelf on the test bench;
3.Connect the middle position of the plunger pump,this is the oil inlet,above the plunger pump is the oil
outlet,connect with the black tee-shaped high-pressure pipe. The middle position (quick insert) of the three-way
high pressure pipe is connected to the oil inlet on the adapter shelf,connect the other end to the manual
pressure regulator position;
4.Connect the diesel in of the adapter shelf with the red oil pipe;
5.Diesel fuel return is a connector with a valve,turn on the diesel fuel supply. This valve can be closed after the
diesel fuel is returned;
6.The oil return is also a white transparent tube, just plug it in;
7.Injector fixed to C7 C9 adapter shelf,fasten with two screws, cover with a transparent cover,tighten the upper
screw and close the valve above the transparent cover;
8.Connect the injector cable plug;
9.Turn on the HEUI Fuel pump open and HEUI oil pump open on the control panel. Select the injector number to
enter the test.

1.Fix the cam box on the test bench.
2.Connect the harness of the camshaft sensor to the camshaft position sensor of the cam box.
3.Select the adapter and ejector corresponding to the testing injector and fix them on the cam box
4. Connect the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe, the oil inlet pressure is set to 0.2-0.3MPa, and
the adapter oil return hole should be provided with pressure limiting screws.
5.Connect the injector harness, select the appropriate model, and enter the test.

1.Fix the HPI cam box and HPI solenoid valve controller on the test bench.
2.Select the adapter corresponding to the injector and fix it on the cam box,Connect oil inlet and return
pipes,Oil inlet pressure is adjusted to 17kg with the knob 16 ,Control solenoid valve is divided into two
kinds of timing and measurement,Harness plugs are not interchangeable,Oil feed is divided into timing
and metering plunger oil,Incoming oil lines are not interchangeable.
3.Select the corresponding injector model and turn on the diesel supply button,Adjust the fuel supply
pressure to 17kg to enter the test.

1.Connect the fuel oil supply port ① to the pump inlet.
2. Connect the fuel oil recovery ② to the pump recovery port.
3. Connect the high pressure oil outlet of the pump to the standard injector ③.
4. VP37 connector ④ is connected to the pump electrical control plug ⑦.
5. Enter the test interface for testing.
