1. Call for Proposal: Graphic Designer
Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) will convene the 10th Asia Pacific
Conference on Reproductive and Sexual Health and Rights (APCRSHR10) from May 26th to
29th, 2020 in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The conference aims to reach more than 1,500 delegates
working in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) from across the Asia Pacific
region.
In order to maximize the professionalism and aesthetic appeal of conference materials,
RHAC – as the Conference Convenor – is seeking a firm, professional group, or individual to
develop a variety of graphic materials for digital and print use for APCRSHR10.
Interested firms, professional groups, or individuals should submit an electronic copy of
their proposal to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail to apcrshr10rhac@gmail.com with
copy to secretariat@apcrshr10cambodia.org.
The deadline for proposal submission is 30th November 2019.
Proposal Contents:
Each interested team should submit a cover letter and a project proposal, including:
- Brief profile of the firm or professional group’s qualifications, skills, and
accomplishments
- Proposed process to complete the tasks and produce the deliverables requested in
the accompanying Terms of Reference (TOR)
- Samples of graphic materials produced by the firm, or professional group for similar
professional events
- Quotation proposing the required costs
